The Versatility of Torpor-Use in Ruby-throated Hummingbirds

This 2D/3D animation was my Master’s Research Project through my graduate program at the University of Toronto.

It demonstrates Erich’s research into how Ruby-throated hummingbirds use torpor. 2D animation was used to convey the scientific concepts, while 3D animation was used for storytelling.
